Interpreter Services

Interpreter for those members who have limited English proficiency or are hearing or sight impaired

MedStar Family Choice does provide interpreters for members who require such services. MedStar Family Choice utilizes the Language line and can provide for in-office translation services when requested. You may contact the MedStar Family Choice Outreach Department at 800-905-1722, option 1 to schedule telephonic translation services.

If your  member is requesting that a translator attend the visit, please complete the Interpreter Request form and email to MFC-ProviderRelations2@medstar.net  to schedule in-office translation (In person, video or telephonic) services. Please provide MedStar Family Choice with as much advance notice as possible prior to the appointment.

If you are a MedStar Family Choice member in need of in-office (In person, video or telephonic) translation services, please have your doctor complete the Interpreter Request form and email to MFC-ProviderRelations2@medstar.net
